I wish people with your mind set were not making the important decisions, Steve. Did our nuclear arsenal or enormous military protect us on 9/11? Will it protect us from a cyber attack?
A complete economic meltdown? Replacement of news media by propaganda outlets?

Well if they did not have to build the buildings to deal with ridiculous ideas such as PC3 seismic or 3 times in 11 thousand year hypothetical what it’s, then the building would not cost 5 billion. Wake up people, the Russians, the Chinese, and the Iranians are building new facilities and new weapons. Perhaps we should do the same to protect us. After all, the world is still a dangerous place after START.
